I want to like Subway and, in particular, I want to like this Subway because it’s close to my house.My biggest issue is that I place online ordered and they don’t follow directions in the app. I pay for extra toppings and often don’t get what I pay for.$2 for 50% more proteins or $4 for 100% more proteins rarely results in the expected difference. Why have menu items if your employees don’t know how to make them??? I would highly recommend training your employees how to make the sandwich’s you have listed on your menu so when someone orders said item they know how to make it.
