I feel people who wait on you get angry to take an order. They want you to order on kiosk. My thought, the attitude oh don't bother me, use kisok type of thing. Grandkids like McDonald's they had smoothies and chicken nuggets.
The past several times we have ordered from this Mcdonalds. Either through the mcdonalds app, door dash, or drive thru they have consistently left things out of our orders . They used to be great but it has gone downhill bad especially in the evenings. Missing food , drinks, straws, sides, burgers made sloppily, it's been really frustrating. I don't recommend ordering from here.
Costs go up and quality goes down!

McDonald's can be a hit or miss depending on the language barrier. The food is tasty, but missing items can be a common issue due to communication problems. Despite the cold atmosphere inside, the overall experience is quiet and pleasant. It would be better if the heat was turned on during colder days. Recently, the location has improved with staff consistently kind and the food always served hot, making it one of the best places to visit. The restaurant now features more kiosks in the lobby where customers can place their own orders, which sometimes takes longer and can be confusing, especially when paying at the kiosk instead of the cashier. Although this may lower overhead costs, it doesn't always benefit the customer and can feel like a waste of time. Proper service can be hard to get unless you speak Spanish, as the cashier at the drive-thru usually speaks English, but communication with the cooks often gets lost in translation. Despite these issues, the food remains fast and hot, just as expected from Ronald McDonald's. Overall, the experience is generally quiet and pleasant, but service and comfort could be improved.
