I have frequented this location for many years. I will never return. The last 3 times I’ve been through the drive through- I have either not made it home with all my food, my food is incorrect, or the fry container is present but empty. Today was a combo of all three. One would think that asking for two plain cheeseburgers would be straightforward but apparently not. Medium is apparently the new large, even when you pay extra for it, they refuse to make it correctly.
The staff here are careless. The management is worthless. The service is incompetent. They do not know how to read or follow simple instructions. They argue and fight you when they don't give you an item and you tell them about it. This location is absolute trash. And the owners should be disappointed in their pathetic management. Recently, the location has improved with staff consistently kind and the food always served hot, making it one of the best places to visit. The restaurant now features more kiosks in the lobby where customers can place their own orders, which sometimes takes longer and can be confusing, especially when paying at the kiosk instead of the cashier. Although this may lower overhead costs, it doesn't always benefit the customer and can feel like a waste of time. Proper service can be hard to get unless you speak Spanish, as the cashier at the drive-thru usually speaks English, but communication with the cooks often gets lost in translation. Despite these issues, the food remains fast and hot, just as expected from Ronald McDonald's. Overall, the experience is generally quiet and pleasant, but service and comfort could be improved.
