Nice find! Reasonable prices and nice sized portions. Local business. Everything was good, hot and fresh. I loved the fried dumplings. My husband and son said the hot and sour soup was delicious. All entrees were good. The only negative, only bottled water and drinks so no refills. Parking in the strip mall.

I love Mr Hibachi best Japanese food. My favorite is Triple Delight love the egg rolls too and of course the Crab Rangoons. Never had a bad meal. I usually get take out. The people are so nice. My favorite food in Blue Springs.

Better than any premade gas station or grocery store sushi as other reviewers have tried to compare, but if you come here expecting top notch sushi you're living in disillusion anyway. The atmosphere is about what you would expect from a strip mall take-out joint, but the staff was very friendly and made every effort to keep my sushi from gluten cross-contamination.
