I like Jimmy John's and had not had an issue until today. The delivery driver only had $3 on him to give as change from an order of $11.92.
amAs a delivery driver you need to keep more change on you I am not happy about paying $17 for a cookie and sandwich!
Fast service, order was correct and staff was friendly and professional
Sandwich was good, service was eh. But when the finally asked what I wanted the kid was okay. I guess nobody know what customer service is.

Jimmy John's provides a unique and welcoming environment with helpful and energetic staff. Orders are fulfilled quickly, with food arriving "freaky fast" and being consistently "top notch", "fresh", and "very tasteful". The menu items, such as the Lulu Club and Chicken Bacon Avocado Salad, are delicious, and the kickin' ranch is a standout.
