The food is just ok but very expensive. A bowl of soup and half sandwich for $18 is kinda silly. The cashier Esther is somewhat rude, always seems to be annoyed with customers and that’s coming from many many visits with the same attitude from her.

The Blue Springs location skimps on your salad. Twice now I have paid over $14 for a whole salad that is only half filled with lettuce. The Panera on Douglas in Lees Summit is far superior in all 3 categories of food, service & atmosphere. Lee’s Summit gets 5 stars over Blue Springs!

Three customers ( two sitting and eating other than myself ) and at least 3 employees yesterday morning and it was apparently more important to let the ONE customer ( me ) wait until the guy got done cleaning the tables off. Seems like the only person there that cares about customers is the young black kid that seemed to be doing everything. One coffee pot empty when I got there and I told them. Twenty minutes later when I left WAS STILL EMPTY and I had to drink the heavy stuff.
Not wasting any more of my time there again. It was like I was being punished for not using the ordering kiosks for a cup of coffee and a souffle.
Only reason I gave two stars was because the kid was super friendly and smiled... and he wasn't even the one serving me. The guy that did wasn't all that happy to have a customer it seemed.

I came to Panera to enjoy some soup on a cold night, and Mr. Richard made the experience even better! He provided excellent service, offered me an option that wasn’t even on the menu, and was sweet, he even gave me a little treat to go with my soup. Thanks to him, I left with a warm smile and a warm meal.

I started coming here mid yr and the food is good, but for some reason today I ordered a soup size as a bowl for to go and they gave me soup size cup, and I paid 7 dollars for a bowl and I got a cup, like come on guys do better. On top of that I threw up what I ate, broccoli and cheddar soup, which i get all the time, and that was less than an hr of just eating it.

Seems like every time we go here there is an employee, in their work apron outside smoking 🚬 by the door. Not only is this a health hazard to those with asthma walking into the restaurant, the employee wearing the work apron has compromised the uniform and it's now filthy when returning to work near food.

Our sandwiches didn’t have any chicken except for about 3 little pieces that belonged more in a salad than on a sandwich. Pathetic. Nothing like the advertisement or pictures. $50+ on dinner and basically received bread.

The service was a little slow. My wife asked for toasted bagel and it wasn't. Staff was nice and cooperative.
1st timer for Panera and disappointed with my grilled cheese sandwich. Didn't think a grilled cheese could be bad but I was wrong. Hopefully next time I pay for an overpriced sandwich it'll be better...Hopefully!
Every time I order something it seems like it's missing an. Item or it's completely wrong. Also, the papaya tea machine is always running and spilling everywhere. Even after you tell staff that it hasn't stopped. Constantly, given the wrong bread when customizing an order. The receipts will Show what you do ordered, but you're still not given what you order.

I frequent this location, used to love but food and service quality is degrading. On the latest two take out orders, the baguettes were missing on the first one and it looks like the throw the left overs they had on the second one, wrong orders, you name it. So disappointing. We have a family of five so we spend a descent amount of money, it is not worthy.
