there good was amazing, the chicken was good and had a good flavor five stars
Used drive thru got home food terrible, meat small portions, meat tasted burnt. Went back to store showed Mgr on duty at 5:30 pm man/kid w glasses this is unacceptable sending food out this way. He thanked me for the feedback. As I explained this happen the last time we came here. He could have cared less. That’s why their was only 1 customer in store during dinner rush.
Please do better! Cause I will not be back to BS store
On November 11th 2022, I went through the drivethru and got 2 free meals for my husband I, Army vets both of us,;
1) the service we received was amazing
2) the food is outstanding
3) polite, friendly and overall simply amazing.
I’m absolutely positive that they will work their butts off for the rest of the night, but they do it with smiles and super positivity!!!
