Pick 2 lunch. A cup of mexican corn chowder and a half of an avocado bacon sandwich both spicy. Who would think a bacon avocado sandwich would be spicy. And a cookie $5.99 for one cookie. water to drink twenty dollars and ninety cents. And they want a tip. When you do all of it yourself. If I spend $20 for lunch. It should be very good and someone wait on me. I think I will pass on eating there again.

Once a big fan of Panera Bread. I'm over it. Last visit is indeed my last visit. Sandwich was sloppy, drink order was wrong and price was outrageous.

The food was not very good. The manager came up and asked us to leave halfway thru our meal, 2 hrs. prior to closing because they were going to have a meeting.

I got a "Frozen Caramel Cold Brew" and it was the worst coffee I have ever had. You will have better luck with QuikTrip cold brew. Also when I called to see if they started making them differently the lady said we don't have frozen coffee?? clearly its on the menu???

I love Panera Bread overall. I got a sandwich today. That I paid over $ 10.00 for and it had an extremely small amount of ham on it. I am disappointed with the portion amounts.

The fact you now have to pay extra for the baguette even with ordering soup is beyond toxic capitalism. Over 50 dollars spent but hey bread is so priceless.

This is a Panera bread without the bread. Just drive down the the independence one. This one decided they weren't a bakery anymore. They are a sandwich and soup shop. And there are better sandwiches and soups in Blue Springs. Fire house subs, first watch, Bean Counter Cafe, to name a few.And your lemonades kill people for some reason.

Rude staff! Website clearly states they serve soup starting at 10 am. When in fact it’s 10:30 according to the rude little girl at the counter.

4th time in a month Ive have ordered food for pick up and my sandwhiches are mostly bread. One time was the chicken salad sandwhich and literally had scraps on one side and zero chicken on the other. Just 2 days ago I ordered the chipolte chicken and the same thing but on both sides..I basically had a cheese and avacado sandwhich. Dont waste your time at this location. The one in Lees summit is very generous with their servings and staff is incredibly friendly. Im done with this place.

I used to spend a lot of time in paneras. I would meet friends there in the afternoon after I got off work to have a dessert and a soft drink. I used to give everyone that I worked with panera's gift cards for Christmas. I am so disappointed these days when I go to panera's. The amount of desserts that they carry has been trimmed down to a bare minimum. The types of bread that they carry has also been trimmed down to a bare minimum. There was not a cash register cashier working 103rd and state line panera's. The kiosk did not work and I had to go to the kitchen and yell out six times in order for someone to recognize me. Someone met me at the cash register and I made my purchase. I've been received the incorrect menu item. This time I just gave up. When my friend and I both left about 9:30 in the morning, there was not a single individual in the restaurant. Other than the two of us. Us. There's a reason why panera's business has taken a dive.

Always love Panera! My go to is the cheddar broccoli soup and I love their brownies. This location is always pretty clean and well kept.
