Pizza Shoppe has been and is one of my favorite pizzas for several years, but the service at this location on weekends is subpar.
They have issues in their kitchen with managing orders. Last night, saw about 4 guys in the kitchen making pizzas, but don't believe they're organized in the order they make them. People came in after us and we're getting their pizzas before we received ours, but we did get ours about 40 minutes after ordering. My pizza...

I grew up with Pizza Shoppe in Olathe, and the one in Blue Springs is just as good. Order a salad with your pizza, or whatever, and ask for the pink stuff. It doesn't disappoint! I totally love this place!
