Stopped by on our way home from the airport, waited forever then was told they didn’t have 2 of our items. We didn’t want to wait on another item to be made so we asked for a refund, we were told they did a partial refund but turns out they only refunded us $2.61. Not even close to the amount we didn’t receive, I have emailed with the owner and he said he would send coupons but never has and is now not replying to my emails. Definitely stay away!
This breakfast burrito was so salty I could feel the manuals eroding my teethe like sand paper.... screw this sonic.... I don't know why I'm stupid enough to keep giving them chances
I don’t recommend this particular Sonic in Blue Springs. I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when I got to the store, it was closed. It was past the time they were supposed to be open. There was no way to cancel my order. When they finally decided to come in and open the store, I called and was told I needed to contact the app. I did this three times and did not hear back from anyone. So what? I’m just out of luck getting my money back? It should have been refunded...read full review
