Worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered two drinks. Paid. Waited 30 minutes. Had to remind them that I had ordered them.
I placed an order for a regular cherry limeade and a diet cherry limeade through the mobile app a few minutes ago. Despite checking in and waiting for 15 minutes, there was no sign of our order. It just said “in the kitchen”. After pressing the stall button, the attendant instructed us to pull up to the drive thru window. Order ahead, at the drive through told they weren’t taking orders right now. Drove around to spot and told 15 minute wait. Maybe you shouldn’t be taking order ahead.
