There were only two customers in the store. I was the only one at the counter. As I placed my order, I continue to wait for my coffee. Once my coffee was available I asked another young lady behind the counter about my food and was greeted very rudely by her and the coffee she made me was horrible. I will never go back into that Starbucks and I was just starting to get onto the iced coffee. All my business will be conducted with. Dutch Brothers way better service and attitude ps I even tipped !

I don't know what it is, but when I ordered a Latte or Mocha I ask for Almond milk, I don't think I am getting it, I always get sick after drinking them.

Savannah was very rude when my daughter informed her that she had ordered cold foam in her drink. She said no, I didn't charge you for it. Instead of apologizing for not ringing it up and making it right, she rolled her eyes and huffed and said things under her breath. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered 2 large hot caramel machiato , one with 3 extra shots and second one with 2 extra shots...they didn't added extra shots but charged me extra 5$ for them.....Never order from here again.

So disappointed in the attitudes of certain workers. I ordered a certain drink and CLEARLY SAID APPLE CRISP MACCHIATO, and when I was told my drink was ready they gave me a Macchiato and when I told them it was wrong every single worker looked at each other like how dare that lady tell us what she actually ordered. The girl never apologized then when she fixed it yelled out HERE'S "YOUR APPLE CRISP MACCHIATO"!!! That's not okay! Clearly someone needs to help the workers learn what respect is and for the love of God how to count change back! I would definitely watch out when paying at the cash register there has been numerous times where they owe me back change or dollars and don't give ANY OF it back thinking they can actually get away with it. Please make sure not to let certain workers steal your money. It saddens me that they treat people poorly like this! Please be kind to your customers ❤️
