We had lunch at 1:15, the place had no customers in it when we arrived. We walked up to the counter and no one came to take our order for 4 minutes. Even though we were talking loudly and asking if there was a counter person working. Eventually a young lady came from the back and then everything was easy peasy. The food was great and very fresh, but by the time that we actually ordered there were several people behind us. They were not very happy.

My wife and I have officially made this Taco Bell, our Taco Bell. We used to go to the Taco Bell off Woods Chapel and I-70, and they always got something wrong and were reluctant to make it right, even after we drove all the back to the establishment. We have greatly enjoyed the service, people, and quality of the food that comes from this Taco Bell. It's worth the drive!
