Do not go here! Put in a mobile order at 10:22 PM. Didn't leave the drive thru until 10:50. Was told to pull up to the front door and they would have the food right out. 10 mins after arriving someone else gets their food and we are told our chicken just came out and food will be ready shortly. 20 mins after arriving they came out to tell us they are out of potatoes and what would we like to replace it with. 25 mins after arriving our food is given to us and the gentleman hands us a bag and walks immediately back in. Found out there was no frosty in with the food. By this time there were 6 other cars in the drive through and I didn't feel like waiting another hour. Got the food out and the fries were literally cold and rubbery. Chicken nuggets were hard and over cooked.

Pathetic!!!! I will be calling corporate and asking for a refund.

Haven't been to a Wendy's in years and decided to get drive thru breakfast today for me and my husband. Huge mistake and I will never come again! Has to be the worst food I've had in years, maybe ever.

I was told to pull up to the door to wait and the glass door was visibly filthy along with a nasty looking floor. I was already getting concerned about the food. The lady handed me the bag without a smile or a thank you.

Home within a few minutes with cool to lukewarm food. Not sure what the "egg" is actually made of, but have never seen anything like it. Appears to be a combination of rubber with plastic edges (cold). I threw that in the trash being left with a bun, barely bacon and a small dollop of something creamy that was supposed to be Swiss cheese (really?). Ate a few bites and threw the rest of the cool sandwich away.

Husband had half of his burrito and said it wasn't good and threw the rest away. We were left with a biscuit with sausage gravy which was cold. I heated it up and ate half before throwing it away because the flavor of the sausage was not good. Immediate stomach pain after eating what little I did.

I'm not sure this place would pass a health inspection after my experience and seeing someone else report a cockroach in their take-home sandwich.

I don't frequent a lot of fast food restaurants because I think their standards are not where they need to be for a food restaurant. Since I was getting my car done next door me and my daughter and I got the double bacon biggie bag for $7, which included a double bacon burger, french fry, four-piece nugget and a small drink. I thought that was a good value. the patties were super small, so I would compare it to a normal hamburger. The bun was dried out. The fries were okay they would have been better, fresh and hot. the Nuggets were just warm, and they charged you a dollar for sauce, which seemed crazy. We were greeted immediately. The restaurant was clean and inviting with a TV and see-through fireplace. I was not expecting that for a fast food restaurant. I used the restroom, and they were clean as well. Wendy's in other areas gives a military discount, and this one in Blue Springs did not. I'm told it's the franchise owners choice.

Ordered a ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich, got home, opened it up and a cockroach crawled out of the sandwich. I called, told them the problem, said I wasn't after a refund and wasn't bringing the food back, but thought they should know. The man on the phone said he made the sandwich and there was not a cockroach in the sandwich. Well, it wasn't from my home. I opened the sandwich wrapper and there was a cockroach crawling around on the lettuce when I opened the sandwich. I didn't put it there. You'd think they could at least not be rude, especially when the customer isn't even asking for anything and just wanted to let them know.

I spent nearly 20 minutes of waiting in the drive-through line for a baconator, fries and Cinnabon bites. The restaurant was not busy at the time I ordered, with just two cars ahead of me in line and one other waiting in an order pickup space.
