Well, I'd just skip this place. 3rd times a charm. Three times I gave them a chance, spent our hard earned money, and greatly regretted it! We ordered, got pulled forward, waited 11 mins and everything is cold and old except one item. Fries were so old and cold that the air fryer didn't even really help. Insane and gross. My baconator had zero bacon on it (again), rather it had other toppings on Patty's cold enough that none of the cheese even pretended to melt. Such a shame. We'll go elsewhere in the future.

Cheeseburger cold and tasted old.
The Junior Bacon Cheese I order was, well the meat was curled up on one side, the cheese tasted like it was just taken out of the fridge and the sandwich was cold. I have never had a bad meal at Wendy's until 11/1/25. I was truly disappointed.

Ordered online. Got there 7 minutes later. Waited another 40 minutes to get the order. Food was cold and slopped together. Disgusting.

Ordered at 8:30pm on a Friday - got the response and quality I'd expect from the midnight crew on a mid-week day.
Order wasn't correct, with multiple items forgotten.
1) I had a 2 order item, taco salad and fries. Forgot the fries (checked the bag to know to ask for them).
2) Fries were cold and old, not the first time.
3) For the taco salad, they only gave me the chili and dressing. No salsa, sour cream, or tortilla stripe.
It's fast food, I get it, but trying even 50% so that you get orders right/complete should be the minimum.
Not the only bad Wendy's, franchise standards seem to be falling.
Everytime in the past month that we have visited, our order hasn't been correct and we were told by the same person that things weren't available when they were. In addition, we were told we could not request a certain toy to complete a collection for a 3 year . Other Wendy's in the area are much friendlier and accommodating.

Best spicy chicken sandwich and add the hot chili Seasoning to it makes it better.

Waited 10 minutes on my order before I went inside to see where my food was. The older lady with the braids had a terrible attitude the whole time talking bout you never got any of this. She yelled that it was starting to piss her off. Ok I really don’t care if you’re mad or not, customer service is your job and I wasn’t being rude to you. The people in the back acted clueless as an older man mumbled she’ll get it when she gets it.

I have had to pull up every time I've been here to wait on meat, which is fine if it didn't take 15-20 minutes to get out to me.
By that time, the fries are usually pretty cold.
I have not had this same experience at any other Wendy's, so I'm assuming this is just a bad location.

We have stopped by the restaurant for Breakfast several times, don’t try before 8:00 am because they won’t respond. Seams like the staff is Never prepared, today was the kicker, we stopped around 9:00 and they had a difficult time making 2 sausage, egg, cheese English muffins. We drove off before checking so we got a Cold 🥶 muffin, a piece of sausage and cheese and just threw them away and stopped at a nearby McDonalds . 2 wrongs don’t make a right😂They also had us and 4 more cars pull ahead and wait 10 minutes
