The ice cream was delicious, however, when we walked in, there were no employees up front or customers in the lobby. When we finished making our yogurts with more customers behind us, a teenage boy and girl finally came out of the back, together and frazzled, to help us. Perhaps they were preparing toppings in the back? Anyways, I would hate for this location to be taken advantage of by dishonest customers who leave without paying due to the lack of employee presence up front.
My kids and I love this place. All of the frozen yogurts are bursting with flavor. The kids love to fill up their cup and then add any toppings they want. I have never had any problems with their customer service. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it does cost quite a bit. For 6 of us, it was over 70 bucks. Three of us were kids under 7. If it was a touch cheaper, I think more people would show up. We are usually the only people there. Also, I never know...
Thier mountain berry is amazing! Super highly recommended! It's really cool how they use safe to eat brownie batter and cookie dough! The place its self isn't much, but its a happy place regardless.
