My grandma cheated on chicken strip basket sposed to get six she got 4 . She called complain about it. The manager cop a and attitude with her. Your could just make sure customers get what they ordered and not cop an attitude. If you want people coming back.
my daughter in law and I I went to this Dairy Queen, worst experience ever. over an extra bar b q sauce for our 6 piece chicken strip dinner. we said we wanted the gravy and the bar b q sauce. my daughter in law wanted an extra bar b q sauce. she was informed only two sauces came with it. and the extra one would be 96 cents more. We didn't realize the gravy was considered a sauce. Such a b. ch. for a manager.
