It was a new brisket, and it was not fresh. You could tell it had been sitting, the fries were hot

I had to wait 51 minutes for my food all I got was a coke curly Fry's and a roast beef sandwich terrible service I recommend not going here.

Manager is always rude, acts like I'm an inconvenience when I come to order any food. Especially when they just open. I asked for some more Arby's sauce and she said I put it in the bag but there were two. Clearly I wanted just two more but guess they were low on stock.
Edit: After making this review, that same manager that was rude calls my cell phone to harass me about making that review on her, made me feel uncomfortable.
We ordered food got told to turn around front and wait for food with nobody behind us. Then sat there for almost 25 to 30 minutes just for our food to sit in the counter inside. Nobody brought it out I had to run inside and grab it. Food was still warm enough to eat so that’s a plus I guess but definitely won’t be back here
The restaurant was clean, the food was good and the service was great!

Well well Arby’s… my favorite fast food..
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Arby’s in Boonville. My carload of people pulled up to the drive-thru with absolutely no one behind us and no one in front of us for miles. We preferred to stay where we were, but the employee insisted we pull forward. When I politely declined, the manager came up and told me I had to move—solely because they needed to beat a timer for corporate.
This kind of behavior made it clear that their priority isn’t customer service—it’s manipulating their metrics. Instead of focusing on a positive experience for paying customers, they were more worried about a clock. This completely ruined our visit, and we won’t be coming back. If Arby’s wants to keep customers, they need to retrain their staff on what actually matters: treating people with respect, not rushing them for the sake of a report.
Went through the drive thru, worker says to pull around they were making fresh food. Sat for almost 15 minutes. Food comes out and it's barely warm. Fries, sandwich, burger and chicken strips, nothing was fresh. I went inside and got a refund.
The lady making our sandwiches couldn't even put the meat on the buns straight.

We went threw the drive thru and ordered 2 Greek gyros and one sliders kids meal. Asked for extra gyro sauce, surprise we didn't get any. Barely any on the gyro itself. The meat is there for sure but it's lacking everything else. One small slice of a cherry tomato and two slivers of onion pieces. 5-6 little tiny lettuce pieces. Disappointing but still edible. The kids slider meal was exactly as it should be though.
