The Brew Brothers

I go to Brew Brothers for the Gouda Bacon burger! I have to drive 100 miles but it's worth it! There's a Brew Brothers in Kansas City where I live but it doesn't compare. They know how to make a good burger in Boonville!!

We had eaten here in the past and were of the opinion that, of the very limited non-fast-food options in this small town, this was the least objectionable. Unfortunately, the quality had declined a bit. Fried food uniformly overdone. “Burnt ends” were fatty chunks of meat in a commercial BBQ sauce. Not a place I would recommend except for the fact that the alternatives here are even less palatable.

We drove a hour to eat, arrived at the hostess told me they wouldn't take walk ins. It was reservations only from 6-8. She didn't have any control over it, she was unable to add people in. Upon looking into the restaurant, LOTS of open seatings. I went online to see if I was able look up a reservation. It gave me multiple times to book. I chose a 6:30 reservation. Which meant we had a 15-20 minutes wait. Which was fine. However, when the hostess came back I informed her that I do now have a reservation and I was able to book it online. She let me know that the system was VERY wrong and she would have to get approval from her manager in order to seat us. There still was many open tables, no one had arrived for their reservations. She came back very upset and rude. Another lady took us to our table. She really brought down the vibe. We were there to celebrate a birthday, unfortunately we were so flustered with the situation it was hard to celebrate. If I would have made a reservation in the parking lot and came in, I firmly believe she wouldn't have ever questioned it. We watched several people be turned away. Multiple tables empty. Unfortunate for those people who like us, probably drove quite a distance to eat.

We had an 8:30 pm reservation and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We ordered two burgers with fries and it took 40 minutes to get our food.

The food was very good but was very greasy. The waitress gave us very little attention. She was nice but was not present.

Autumn is extremely selective and rude to all others. Sat at the bar for 20 min with no service.

Celebrated my birthday here and nachos are a no go! Also, even when you tell them and show that it is your birthday, they tell you they don't do anything for birthdays. No free drink or dessert. No happy birthday wishes. Disappointed.

Waiter was excellent. Nachos were cold when we got them. Friends French fries tasted like they were old and cooked in old grease. Cookies were over cooked and hard.

Once again, hostess are inexperienced and rude. It seems that the restaurant can't handle busy days at all. We did not get seated and left without eating. This is not the 1st time, but it will definitely be our last. Management needs to do something about the poor service, meaning more about hostess. The servers are usually very good if you ever get seated.

Service and atmosphere was great. Food was ok. I ordered a salad with chicken and they don't offer olive oil or balsamic dressing. They only have seed oils and malt vinegar.

I don't give bad reviews because I'm in the service industry so I get it. But it wasn't busy and they are arguing over where to seat people and how, in front of customers. The lady in a booth had to go request service because they didn't get her. The fries tasted like fish. The burger was requested well done and has so much pink in it. I was just highly disappointed in it over all. The space is a unique and cool but won't be going back. The server had 4 tables with 4 other servers. Bar tender that had to help the lady had an immediate attitude and mad me mad just looking at her. Attitude adjustments are needed

Complete garbage. Prices went up and quality seriously dropped. Overpriced steak, had better at wafflehouse. Shrimp was served to customer without being cleaned. Who would do that? Service sucks. What a disgrace to caesars quality control. Cook should be ashamed, will not be back. Manager wouldn't even come address the issues, poor smuck.
