The food is OK. Nothing extra special. Staff is quiet. This is a small town. We are more accustomed to friendly, fun staff at a local eatery.

We stopped on our travels, with our two little girls. My husband received a dish with hair in it. We asked for it to be remade. Waitstaff were talking to each other right next to us about how no one in the kitchen has long hair, acting like I made a big deal about this.
To be clear, if a customer finds a hair in their food, the only correct thing to do is to apologize and offer to remake their food or comp the dish. I saw a similar review below. Do better.

RUDE.! Ordered food to go; called right back with allergy question and removed cheese sauce from order. Charged over $10 more than quoted. Disc. didn't take cheese off and made RUDE comment stating "I was crying over price"and it shouldn't matter since I had a gift card. He hung up on me.

We used to go there every week, if not a couple times because we enjoyed the resturant. This last time I got food with a hair wrapped up around AND IN the quesadilla (absolutely no way it could’ve been mine to get inside it since I did not cook it) after I’ve already taken two bites on the opposite side, the waiter said he would get us a new one and was very apologetic. We had no issues. But then the owner came out (which wasn’t needed since it was handled) and stated that it was my moms hair EVEN THOUGH it wasn’t even her food and she had ONLY touched my plate AFTER I saw the hair and then showed her. I had then let him know we didn’t want another one which he argumentatively stated that they already fixed another one. Then proceeded to still charge us, to save confrontation we STILL paid for the quesadilla.
We would’ve been coming back because one bad experience that WAS corrected wouldn’t ruin it (the waiter was amazing at how he handled the situation) but then once the owner called us a liars basically and the horrible attitude, and no accountability as a restaurant owner, we will have to pass.

This is a very good place to eat and they are so friendly. They don’t have much for big truck parking but we managed to get our truck and trailer in there thank you all for your time and delicious food.
