We stopped at this Loves/Hardee's while traveling and the staff of both establishments were very courteous and accommodating. Our hash browns were cold and not cooked near long enough but other than that it was great!
We ordered two meals. It took a while before our food was ready, but once we received our order, one of the meals was hot and the other seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Barely warm, rubbery chicken and room temperature curly fries. We did not try to get it replaced.
Staff didn't seem concerned about customers standing at the counter waiting to place orders or, apparently, the quality of food being served. Not impressed.
