We’ve been loyal customers here for years but seems they’re finally at the point where they officially don’t care anymore. We placed an order for pick up and they forgot the tortillas with the Alambres. We thought no big deal, accidents happen, we’ll eat it with the tortilla chips they send with every order. Well the chips were so unbelievably stale. So I thought I’d call them and let them know. I was very polite on the phone but the person I spoke to was NOT polite and asked me “Why did you order?” When I asked him to clarify why he asked me that, he hung up. So it seems we’re officially done with La Hacienda.

I had a hard time eating my meal. The food was so hot and not temperature wise the peppers in the green sauce. And the rice was cold. I asked for sweet tea and recieved unsweetened tea. The waitress never came back to check and see if I needed any more tea

Often come here with coworkers in group of 8+ and are quickly seated and accompanied with caring and efficient staff.
We love the weekly lunch specials and find the serving sizes to be perfect. Hard to find places with sweet tea these days and this place has a great brew!

Wonderful food but I’ll be on the toilet dying for 20 min within an hour of eating it 90% of the time. good food though..
They use Spotify for their music which is fine but it has commercials and the commercials are not what you want to hear while you're eating. Wait time to get seated is short. But, to get your drink and order taken is more than 10 minutes. Food used to be way better than it is now. One of the two servers they have, always seems drunk or "slightly" intoxicated while working.

Waiter is clueless and literally has no clue in what’s going on ordered our drinks coke and sweet tea came back three times to ask us our drink order if he was new I’d give credit for that but he’s been here for over a year slow I’ve felt with slow patient that were faster than him it’s to the point when I come in and see him working I just leave he useless rest of the staff is good
