The delivery driver was very polite and professional! She provided great custmer service.... Unfortunately, one of the pizzas in the hotbox fell out, lol.... She took action immediately, called and had it reodered... She apologized alot.... she was very nice to speak to..... She redelivered it... Thank you! Dinner was great! 😊 Have a goodnight! Stopped by Pizza Hut in Boonville around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon for my son’s birthday celebration, but the staff told our group they were closed. Very disappointing — we were looking forward to Pizza Hut for his birthday, and it’s frustrating to be turned away during normal business hours.

I've had at least 3 times this year yhay when I order our pizza is not cooked all the way( the crust is raw dough) this time on top of raw dough our breadsticks were rock hard. Third times a charm they have officially lost my business.

Dietary restrictions: There are No Gluten free or Dairy free options when it comes to pizza, and no salad bar. I had to bring my own food in for a birthday party.
Outstanding customer service. Our server did everything: wait on customers, delivery of orders. She recommended new items on the menu and the special. She kept our drinks filled. Great place to eat.
