Scooters in Boonville makes my heart happy. The staff are always pleasant and kind. Being told to "Scoot on around." after I've placed my order still makes me giggle every time. The coffee and drinks are amazing. The food items are delicious. So glad to have a Scooters in my home town.

The Boonville, MO location is the best. Staff is always quick and courteous. They also make sure to say "scoot on around" I mention this because I don't always hear that at other locations. Sometimes at the Columbia location(s), it is not said. It may be small, but I have come to expect it and really miss it if I don't hear it. The coffee is always good, hence the reason I keep coming back.

This location is always hit or miss. You rarely see the same employees more than once or twice now, so you never know if you're going to get a great coffee or just an ok one. You can ask for decaf, but more often than not, it's not. Same with extra flavoring or your milk choice. When they first opened, they were top notch, always got your order correct and went above and beyond. I had visited so often they knew my order as I pulled up to the order board. You don't get that kind of service here any longer.

We’re driving from Vegas to Toronto and spent the nite in BOONVILLE. In the morning we got McDonald’s too late for breakfast and we saw a Scooter’s next door so we tried it. Great coffee and great food. We were glad we missed McDonald’s breakfast and got scooter’s instead. Healthy and good! And friendly service!
We were on our way to CO and stayed the night nearby. We saw Scooters and tried them in the morning. This was THE best coffee we have had bar none. Very smooth, great taste, and not bitter or acidic. We had a nonfat hazelnut latte and a cinnamon cold brew. Amazing. Better than Sta***cks by a long shot. We'll worth stopping

2 stars only because the workers are nice. The plain hot latte I ordered on Jan 12, 2024 tasted like it was not espresso at all. Tasted like drip coffee that had sat too long and burned. Was practically undrinkable. 4 on atmosphere of the cute snowman by the drive through.
