Went through the drive through and saw breakfast items on the menu, so I tried to order breakfast. The employee said "we don't do breakfast anymore." I asked why it was on the menu, and she didn't answer. I know it's not the employees fault, she's probably not paid enough anyway, but management should fix their menu boards if they aren't going provide certain items.

Biggest rip off I've seen in fast food $8.25 for 4 tacos with a spoonful of meat and 8 shreds of cheese I wish they would let me post a pic.. All 4 combined are the equivalent of 1 at hardees/red burtito

It's Taco Bell. You know you're going to get the smallest taste of meat, cheese, guac, and more rice, lettuce, and beans in that tortilla before you hit the drive through. š¤·āāļø

Didnāt get all the items, didnāt offer a receipt. I had to ask for my drink. Even though it was right in front of her. Food was made improperly and sat there for so long it got cold. Waited at the window for 20 minutes. Cheezit item was a disaster. They put a free taco coupon in the bag, but didnāt offer a refund for the terrible food and long wait time. Girl was nice about it but didnāt tell me I was getting ripped off.
I ordered two chapula boxes missing mt dew empty cheese sauce containers sloppy nachos stopped food in wrapper cold nasty I will never eat taco bell again

Had my boyfriend get me food for me and my friends. First he went through it was fine, came home and it was made wrong- no big deal. He just went back and asked them to fix it. They said werenāt going to remake it and were refusing. They eventually remade it. Originally also had asked for MULTIPLE sauces on my mobile order. They gave me two- and gave my friend 0. So he went to grab more in the lobby WHERE THEY ARE OUR FOR YOU TO GRAB FREELY. And one of the employees told him he wasnāt allowed to grab sauce because of ācorporate rules.ā Iāve never had any issues of this before and I know for a fact they made that up. Why would a taco place not let us have sauce?ā¦.. Anyways worst experience here by far and I go like 3 times a week.

Why are you making a rule that you can only have one per item when I can walk inside and grab some? Go ahead and walk inside if they tell you, that you canāt have more than one packet in the drive-through because thatās absolutely insane. I donāt know who made that rule but You are also insane.
