Literally forgot over half of the order. Refused to give refund. Line of people ignored also trying for refunds. I would avoid this taco bell at all cost.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell we have ever eaten at. Waited 35 minutes for our food with 4 other people in the restaurant. When we received our food is was very poorly put together and cold! You had to listen to the employees complain about how bad it was to work there all while waiting for our order.

DON'T DO IT! Keep driving, it will be faster to go down the interstate to the next Taco Bell and drive back.

Sitting in deive trhu for over 40 minutes, trapped like a rat. They are averaging about 8-9 minutes per order. Good thing I have a full tank of gas.

I am not from this area. How does this place stay in business?

System was “down” when we went to the drive through. Waited about 45 minutes for them to even see our order and start making it. Pulled in the driveway to see what appeared to be the manager in a very inappropriate personal dispute. Very unprofessional environment.

Used to love this store but they have gone to the darkside where you have to do EVERYTHING yourself. Kinda funny how they won't take your order but they sure can take your payment if it's cash. They can take your order in drive thru but you inside customers don't matter. The food has gone two separate ways. The quality of their products have gone downhill while the prices go thru the roof, makes great sense to me. If you're gonna change me this much I want a complete Taco not an order of nachos in a taco wrapper.

Tried to dine in but stood at the counter while several workers just looked at us. Not busy at all! Not one person there but me and my daughter! I just turned around d and left. Sorry if you ask me.

Leave the casino early just to go to Taco Bell before it closed at 3am. Hit the drive-thru at 2:30am, only for some dude with an attitude to say that they're not taking orders. What? Really? So they've likely already cleaned up and put everything away.
They turned us away!!! Never has that happened to me at a restaurant before. Bad attitude, terrible service, and with that temperament the food their is likely garbage anyway.

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Paid over $40 for the order. It was completely wrong and inedible. Tried to go inside to get it fixed and the lobby was locked. Wouldn't talk to us unless we went back through the drive thru. No thank you.
