Had a lady yell at us for ordering waters and called to complain and nothing was done about it! Went tonight and the order was wrong my husband went inside to fix it and it took if 30 minutes to get one soft shell taco fixed! They had 3 new people working while the manager was screaming at them and threatening there paycheck! Absolutely will never be going back again!

we got a mountain dew mango and it was FLAT!and our pintos and cheese was cold! and we had to ASK for drink cups because the incompetent workers didn't give it to us with the order and you have to use the kiosk because nobody wants to work the registers we will noy be stepping foot back in here again it is ridiculous how thd place is being run.

The women workers (specifically old white lady with no teeth and a black/mixed girl day shift) stare at you and don’t smile and you pay $9 for 3 old tacos. Shells not even soft anymore.Pulled up here in the drive thru one night and nobody answered. Tried it again another night and the guy said, “hang on let me check the meat.”how appetizing is that?Not to mention half the workers have no teeth. Really bad for the company’s image.This is the worst Taco Bell.

I was shocked that 6 tacos a couple of teaspoons of beans and of rice cost over $30.00 for lunch for 2 people. I could have gone to a nice eat in resturant and had larger.portions and better tacos for a few dollars more. It also cost us $3 more to have tomatoes and sour cream on our tacos. Unlikely I will ever eat here again. On the plus side, the cashier was friendly, and the place was mostly clean and had a large parking lot.

The difference from the photo to what I got should be criminal. 7 crunched up chips. Wife got chicken enchiladas and there was no sauce, just chicken and rice. Every time the order is messed up.

Poor management. Manager Sarah Pace is yelling at employees and using explicit language. Order took 20 + minutes to get to me. Locked lobby doors before 8pm and with people still inside .Missing whole items on order making pay for it twice .

The food is never good and the staff is not helpful at all. It’s a bummer because I love Taco Bell.
The team seemed a little thinned out this evening. The service that I did get from the only employee that was available was pleasant. I decided to order from the kiosk, because there wasn't someone there to take my order for a considerable amount of time. The next customers did the same thing.

Food was great! Drive thru a little challenging tho.Parking: Parking has plenty of space. I did go through drive thru and have to say it was kinda hard to figure out. I had not been to the Taco bell in Boonville before and the drive thru could use some kind of markers or something to show where to go.

Waited almost an hour for food. Ask for a refund, they said they couldn't do refunds. Manager was verbally abusive to workers and was just rude to staff as well as cutomers. Several people walked out without food or refund! The floor in the dining area was very dirty as well as the food prep area. I heard they had a system problem, but that's no excuse to be rude or for the dining area and tables to dirty!

They are supposed to open for breakfast at 8, got there at 9:10 and sat in the drive thru for 7 minutes with silence. Drove around to leave and two employees are just sitting in their cars. I imagine this is a manager fault of whoever has the keys to the building.
