“Excellent all around! Food and service. I had the cheesy chicken. W/O the bun , believe me you don't need it! Yum, so good! My sister had a cheeseburger and the spiral potatoes- there were enough for all of us, same with the fries, my husband had with his hot ham and cheese. They both enjoyed their's also.“

“I’m from Ohio and was brought here twice by family. Both times I was blown away by the quality of food and the service. The servers are people that not only remember your name, but your drink. The food was better than homemade. I had the special of the day, and couldn’t believe the chef made the sauces IN HOUSE. Those sauces could be franchised. I can’t wait to go to Missouri, and to have their fried mushrooms again. Best tavern yet.“

“This little spot is just great, nice people good food and reasonable prices. It's got a nice bar area, we weren't sure it was appropriate for kids when we drove up, and I could see it not being due to patrons present at a given time but they have good kids meals and as an establishment are very welcoming to families and kids. We are very likely to plan to stop here on future trips!! If you're going by this restaurant do yourself a favor and stop grab a bit, you will be glad you did!!Parking: Large parking lot around building, no real marked spaces so be considerate of others when picking a spot to park, please remove your head from your butt and think about others.Kid-friendliness: The establishment is very welcoming to kids, as they have a nice bar are here I could see that if some patrons were present it could lend itself to not being kid friendly. Again to be clear that is about the people not the establishment or staff.“
