I came through late at night before closing. I said I wanted one soft shell and the other three hard, but received all 3 soft shells; no biggy they were both good either way, the service was very polite and professional.
It was my daughter's 18th birthday and her meal of choice was tacos. So I headed to Taco Bell and ordered 3 party packs, half soft shell and half hard shell tacos, all of them meat and cheese only. I get to the window, pay the $65 and wait. Then a woman comes to the window and says to me, do you really need all of those without lettuce because we already made 18 hard shells with lettuce on them and we are going to have to just throw them away if you have to have no lettuce....read full review
