The process of only using a kiosk is horrible. It allows the employees to ignore you while you wait to see if they are possibly paying any attention to your order. If you choose to pay cash, it takes even longer. Horrible, horrible customer service choice for this company.
The guy at the drive thru got are orders wrong twice forgot the cinnamon twists, we let that go but now he doesn't have the courtesy to explain the changes in the menu and ended up paying more for less. Employees need to inform and let the customer know about the changes, and not tell us it's the same item with a different name.
