Chateau Grille Reviews
Let me start out saying that we stayed here as a family for four nights and attempted to use every amenity that they offered. For this reason, I will never go back to this hotel. It was horrible. Maybe if you’re just staying the night for business it would probably be OK.
The only reason I did not give it one star is because we did have amazing service when we rented a boat from Eli at the boat Arena. We had the most amazing day, boating and tubing. I will do it again however...read full review
The Good: All the employees were friendly! The outside of the hotel was beautiful. The bed was comfortable.
The Bad: Room 417 feels like a dungeon in the living room because there is no window. The view from the bedroom sucks. You see mostly the roof and at night bright lights on roof shine in your room. If you stay with them DON'T agree to have the receipt emailed. You will never receive it. I believe we got overcharged but am unable to verify because we do not have a detailed receipt. They charge as if they are upscale when in fact the hotel is common at best. Not worth the rates they charge.

Chateau Grille offers a memorable dining experience with beautiful views and live piano music. The menu includes a variety of dishes, with highlights such as French toast, salmon, and sushi. Recent reviews praise the food, mentioning delicious dishes like crab cakes, beef wellington, and lobster ravioli. The Chateau Sunday brunch has received positive feedback, especially for the made-to-order eggs and included mimosas and bloody Mary’s. Service from staff like NJ and Christina has been described as excellent and attentive. Guests have enjoyed the drinks and the overall atmosphere, which is quiet and comfortable, making it a good choice for a meal with family or friends. Some guests, however, have noted that the food can sometimes be slow to arrive and may not always fully satisfy hunger, particularly with items like chicken and short ribs that were found to be mediocre. While the drinks are highly appreciated, some feel the food quality could be better, especially considering the prices and additional costs like parking. Despite these minor issues, the service and ambiance remain well-liked by most customers.
