As a patient of CoxHealth, and CoxSouth Springfield MO and The Martin Center in particular, I have been stunned by the astounding bloated layers of management and the myriad of antiquated processes that mire CoxHealth in inefficiency across the organization. My husband ended up in the CCU for 13 days and on a ventilator for 7 of those. The entire staff at Cox was unbeatable. I was worried I might need to move him to a bigger facility in KC but there was never a need. The doctors were very competent and the nursing staff saved his life at one point. I felt cared for from everyone from the nursing staff to the cleaning crew. I can not say enough about the quality of care received. I would recommend this faculty very highly.

We went to the emergency room and our waiting time was very short once the nature of my husband's heart condition was learned. He received prompt care and later surgery. Staff was attentive and prompt. Thank you Cox Medical center. Great care, great staff. In a small way this review is how we can thank you for caring, professional care. Again, many thanks!
