Called after i placed an online order to let them know i had a gluten allergy and would appreciate if they could put the fries in a different container. The young man that answered acted very not interested in what i had to say in the slightest with an “okay have a good day” not even asking me what name my order was under and then hung up. Came to pick up my order 25 minutes later to fries thrown on-top of BOTH sets of wings. thanks anyway.

Its pretty ridiculous Chilis can make the wings, just not sell them. I tried to order the wings at the same window you pick them up at but was told chilis makes the wings, they cant actually sell them. so even tho what i wanted was 3 feet away, I was turned away because I could only pay in cash, not thru the app due to dead phone.

Can’t say anything about the establishment itself because I used doordash but the food was great. The fries were good, although a bit soggy. I’ll give them and benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to the steam in the to-go box. The wings were good, didn’t seem like a lot of sauce on them but the flavor carried through irregardless. Would order from here again

Last night in Branson and kids wanted boneless wings. Ordered for carryout. Service was quick and friendly. Food was very tasty, not as hot (spicy) as we thought it could be, but fries and chicken were great. Will come here again for sure.

This was the first time i tried its just wings. I got the 22 bonless wings and curly fries for 20$. The wings were dry and didnt hardly have any sauce on them and the curly fries were soggy.

There is no atmosphere as it's apparently in the kitchen of chillis. We opted not to do an order as we were looking for a dine in experience. Online had mixed opinions giving us the idea that it was a dine in restaurant. FOR THE RECORD, THIS "RESTAURANT" IS NOT A DINE IN RESTAURANT!!!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

food wasn't bad, but half of the wings were coated in something that looked like thin bbq but didn't have a distinguishable flavor.the shot glass size sauce cups didnt help much, one was orange and gave no clue as to the flavor, the other one was darker and thin like syrup, one should have been parmesan garlic and the other mango habanera... neither one had any spice or garlic flavor.4/10 as wings (without strange coating were fine)if we try it again, it will have to be in person to see if that changes things. Disappointing way to spend $36 for 20 wings, curly, fries, and a drink (w delivery fees, etc.)

Horrible food... Very skimpy on sauce couldn't even lick my fingers... Fries tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for hours. Horrible horrible food. I will never eat there again. Oh did I mention horrible food.

The chicken didn’t taste like it was cooked all the way too. It felt rubbery. I didn’t taste the ranch dry rub seasoning. My boyfriend said the Mango Habanero sauce had 0 spice. I’m really disappointed. This was my birthday dinner ☹️☹️
