Everything was good. However it felt very unjust that a 15% tip is included in our order. The only service given was walking a tray of food out. We stood at the counter to order, got our own drinks and cleaned our own table. That to me is not the service I paid for.
Good food, clean, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, 4 stars as this is not a dad-friendly establishment. Husband had to use the women's bathroom to change our infants diaper as the men's restroom had no diaper changing table.

We researched the many Thanksgiving meal options Branson offers. One of our kiddos is a picky eater, so we decided a buffet would be best suited for our family. We made reservations a couple of days before Thanksgiving for the Shepherd's Grill Thanksgiving Buffet. There were still a few spots available throughout the afternoon.
