Really not great. Nobody there and all the tables were dirty. Soggy buns, had staff give me a new one. Waited 10 minutes to get our shakes after our food was ready. Don't bother
The food that I had was pretty good. There were a few things, however that I thought could definitely be improved on. For one, the charging of $0.50 per sauce. I get charging it when you're ordering, but if I want to go back and get a sauce and get charged $0.50, and don't have any cash on me, it makes it very inconvenient. Next, there was no fry seasoning, which is a staple of Steak 'n Shake in my opinion. Maybe it was just a day they were low on inventory. 🤷🏻♂️...
I called ahead with a very large order. They were SO KIND and even bagged each meal separately so I could easily pass them out to my large group. My youth group enjoyed their burgers so much and said they’d love to go back. This store is very competent and well run. The food was delicious too.
