Waited in a long line listening to people hype this food up. It's a hard no for me and my 14 y/o didn't like it either. Food had no flavor whatsoever. I was really surprised. I had turkey wing, Mac, dressing. Son had chicken wings, Mac, corn. So disappointing. I really wanted some soul food.
I had the meat loaf with three sides and hot water corn bread. Let me just say, the food had no seasoning, the sides I had were yams, Mac n cheese and cabbage. The meatloaf was a really huge ball of hamburger meat, wasn't good at all I'll never try again from this restaurant. Everything was cold. Just an overall bad experience for me.

I had tasteless smothered wings, not seasoned. I had burnt ya n s and a glob of something that was supposed to be baked Mac that wasn't even pleasing to the eye nor to the taste bud. Very disappointed, I am one who support black owned businesses, people you have got to service a better quality of food. Poor representation of what is advertised as Soul Food.
