We came here for a late night bite on a Friday night. Place was not busy but the service left more to be desired. We showed up 2 hours before close and almost felt like a burden. But with that being said the late night happy hour deals were wonderful and the food was tasty as well, the spicy garlic wings are a must have.
Let me preface by saying I understand my order was placed later on in the night. The order was placed at 10:57pm. I was notified that my order would be ready by 11:15. Upon arrival at 11:15, I was told that it'd be a few minutes, as it's not quite ready yet. I am generally fairly patient and have no problem waiting 5-10 minutes extra. At 11:55, five minutes before the store closes, my order is collected, and I'm sent on my way. The food was correct, and my order...

But, The food is always fresh and cooked well.
The location seems to be severely understaffed for how busy the location is. It results in long waits to be seated even with quite a few empty tables.
The atmosphere is ok, but it’s often freezing for it to be operating during the winter months as if the AC is on when it’s 20 degrees outside.
