Very poor service. There was one guy working hard to help everyone. The rest of the employees were having a great time behind the kitchen bar. So you could hear them laughing it up and talking about their plans for the weekend, instead of coming around the counter to help the king line of customers.

The food here is really tasty (if a little expensive). Some of the newer staff are friendly and nice but most of the less recent staff really do seem like they hate their job and hate you for eating there.Dietary restrictions: If you order on the app you can mark your dietary restrictions down and it will warn you or offer you the option to customise if what you have selected doesn't meet your requirements.

I won't go back to this one. Waited 21 minutes in the store for my "rapid pick up". People who ordered after me were getting their orders before me. Finally get the order, after waiting for the majority of my lunch break, and they forgot 2 toppings on the sandwich. It's good, but not what I ordered and I don't have time to go back and get it corrected. Never had this kind of issue at any other panera

The products received were subpar. Specifically , the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. It was nothing but lettuce on the sandwich. No feta cheese nor marinated peppers. To say, I was disappointed when I opened my items at home is an understatement. This is the second time I’ve been to this particular location and the service has been underwhelming each time. Please train your staff to do better.
