The food here is really tasty (if a little expensive). Some of the newer staff are friendly and nice but most of the less recent staff really do seem like they hate their job and hate you for eating there.Dietary restrictions: If you order on the app you can mark your dietary restrictions down and it will warn you or offer you the option to customise if what you have selected doesn't meet your requirements.
Staff is not well trained to communicate with customers during order pick ups. Coffee was out and nobody was doing anything about it and a number of people were just standing around with empty cups not knowing what was going on.

Very poor service. There was one guy working hard to help everyone. The rest of the employees were having a great time behind the kitchen bar. So you could hear them laughing it up and talking about their plans for the weekend, instead of coming around the counter to help the king line of customers.
