“Sunday evening we arrived super early and had some time to discover this place! The Bagels were good but what we really discovered was what makes this place Great! The blonde lady with a giant smile! Abby seems to be a ray of sunshine in a chaotic airport! She made sure our order was perfect! Made us laugh till our cheeks hurt and did it all with grace! She is definitely one of a kind and genuinely cares about her customers! I hope the managment knows what a gem they have there!“

“This establishment is fantastic. Not only is the food delish ( corned beef, egg salad and bagels favs) but the customer service is top notch! Ben, Kaylee, Alyssa, Gail, Audrey, Jerry, Mauro, Caleb, Jared. The employees- their customer service is truly the best around. They go out of their way to make us smile. “In the food desert that is terminal E at the St Louis airport, the Bagel Bakery was a very fortunate discovery. This is literally the ONLY sandwich shop there. Of course they charge typical hyperinflated airport prices, and the few tables look a bit dingy. But the turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich I had was quite delicious and the server was friendly. If I pass through this terminal again I will definitely be back!“
