Great customer service
Staff are kind and flexible. On 10/11. I placed an online order for a pick up @1230. I overestimated how long it would be for me to arrive and got to the location early. The order had not showed up in their system yet so would have had to wait,but the staff person was kind enough to override protocol and look up my order and get it started early.
Between being a Friday night and all the DoorDash, this place was absolutely packed and backed up. However, Gerald was doing a fantastic job at keeping those waiting happy, laughing, hydrated, and most importantly, calm. All restaurants should have employees like Gerald working for them.
