Customer service was rude. Food was missing from our order. No sauce when we asked for it politely. We had a lot of patience with these workers they made us come around twice just to mess a simple luxe box order up. Unsatisfied to the young man working the head set on 8/20/26 around 8:40pm please treat people a little nicer.
I sat in drive thru for over 5 mins no a soul came to the monitor I then pull up to the window I get the craziest damn looks … it’s your job why are you mad that I’m here to get food from your location that sells food maybe if yall stayed off yall phones and really focused your on customer rapport your sales could go up even with all this construction yall doing the service from the people keeps this location lack luster but obviously management doesn’t...read full review
