I was in at 12 noon today 6-6-24. The lady who I believe in the manager, her name escapes me unfortunately, I think it starts with a K. Anyway, she was one of the nicest, friendliest and most pleasant customer service people I have came across since covid ended. Corporate office should have her train across the entire franchise !

It's white castle, the food is what it is, if you are like me and simply like the little sliders you will get just that and they are good. I would shy away from the lettuce and tomato sliders, I tried something new and was disappointed. The lettuce and tomato was warm and limp. Stick with the classic ones.

Staff worked great as a team. This was a very busy time with several large orders already placed. I was acknowledged before I made it to the counter and reassured several times my order was on the way which I understood.
