Subway is a chain of friendly and fresh sandwich restaurants with multiple locations. Customers have had mixed experiences with honoring advertised offers, but the staff at one location showed great customer service when an order got mixed up. Another location impressed a customer with excellent service and delicious sandwiches. Despite some confusion with online orders, the overall experience at Subway seems to be positive, with customers appreciating the fresh ingredients and friendly service provided by the staff.
