I was in the hospital and had kept my debit card. My fiance was back in Brookfield. He was on lunch break n needed to get lunch, so I ordered for him on my app at the Brookfield McDonald's and paid for the meal out of my bank account, the manager was there and when he gave the code and showed the screen shot of the receipt showing in fact it had been paid for, the manager Kayla refused to give him his food nor reimburse him for it so he would some chance of going somewhere else. The manager Kayla was rude and by the time he left from waiting so long in the first place he went without food. She is rude and displays horrible business like conduct. This isn't the first time we have had to been treated horrible by her. SMH what a disappointing experience. The old owners would never allow her to behave so unprofessionally.

Frustrated. Traveling and stopped in the drive thru for a quick bite to get back on the road. No fries at all in the bag which we didn't discover till we were back 9n the freeway. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the parking lot.
