Mixed bag. When this McDonald's is good, it's GOOD, however, being one of the only 3 fast food places in Linn CO, you would think they would be able to handle a rush. Inhave never seen them handle a rush. Ive gotten messed up orders, Ive gotten perfect orders. Ive gotten cold food, ive gotten the freshest food ive ever gotten at any McDonald's. To their credit, Ive had more good experiences than bad.

If you want receipts in your sandwiches go to Brookfield McDonald’s and they’ll do it for ya! I’ve never had so many bad experiences from one single restaurant in my life. I don’t even leave reviews on things but this was a line drawer for me. It wasn’t even that late either. It was 9 o’clock, TWO whole hours before close AND there was only one other customer there. Uncalled for.

My family and I stopped into this location at 10:45 on May 19, 2025. We had to use the restroom as soon as we got into the location. We had to use the restroom and there was an employee that had walked out without washing her hands. I went to the manager and told her that she didn’t wash her hands. She stated they washed their hands behind the Food counter, which is not acceptable. There is a sign in the bathroom that says employees must wash hands before returning to work. I told the manager we were going to eat there, but we were leaving because of the unsanitary conditions. And there were no paper towels in the restroom to hold the door after the Employee left the restroom without washing her hands. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been talked to so rudely in my life. My husband corrected the lady's mistake and told her extra fries instead of apple slices in a happy meal and she rudely told him, okay you don't have to yell at me and he told her he didn't yell he just said 3times fries instead of apple slices and she said okay sir we're not serving you because you were yelling and being rude. Completly uncalled for. Will not be returning to this location.

Went and order a medium lemonade and they gave me a small. Like is it really that hard to work there you cant do a simple drink honestly just sad. Not first time they messed up they mess up just about every time i go there.

Stopped and ate inside. Wife and I both ordered orange juice with breakfast. It was way watered down. Told the girl at the counter about it, she said she would talk to the manager. Never seen or heard from anyone the rest of the time. Not the first time this has happened.
I was in the hospital and had kept my debit card. My fiance was back in Brookfield. He was on lunch break n needed to get lunch, so I ordered for him on my app at the Brookfield McDonald's and paid for the meal out of my bank account, the manager was there and when he gave the code and showed the screen shot of the receipt showing in fact it had been paid for, the manager Kayla refused to give him his food nor reimburse him for it so he would some chance of going somewhere else. The manager Kayla was rude and by the time he left from waiting so long in the first place he went without food. She is rude and displays horrible business like conduct. This isn't the first time we have had to been treated horrible by her. SMH what a disappointing experience. The old owners would never allow her to behave so unprofessionally.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Consistently recieve the wrong order. Misding several items. Also my sandwich was made wrong. No onions on the mcrib. This is a chronic problem with this McDonald's.
