Love Los Chimas in Brookfield! Great food and friendly staff! Great for a date night, Mexican food, margaritas, and then you can just walk next door to the movie theater to catch a movie.
We went here after a funeral for a family lunch. A reservation had been made several days prior. When we arrived the tables were not set, silverware and menus thrown on the table. They didn't have wait staff for us but for the entire restaurant. Long wait for drinks and much longer for food. They had no procedures in place and the wait for food was an hour. The Polla A La Crema is outstanding. Best Mexican dish I have ever had. It has grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, squash and spinach in a cream sauce
