A great time! Tuscano's is less than a mile from our home, we are always able to get parked closely. We typically sit at the bar and relax. The bartender is exceptional. Tonight we had the Tuesday special of Prime Rib. It was amazing. Then for dessert we had the chocolate lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream.

Hidden gem. Worth the ride from KC. Start with Pasta water to drink...trust me.The dipping oil is delicious. Portions are extremely generous. Hubs gets the pasta trio. I am on a mission to try everything

I love this place. The bread is just.... š¤¤. They make it fresh in house along with all their sauces. I havent had anything here I didnt like. There is a nice selection of gluten free options as well.
Portions are very worth the $. Some personal favorites are the brocolli chicken Alfredo, chicken parm (it is a BIG portion so be prepared), and the pizzas. My mother LOVES the fried ravioli and my husband likes any of the seafood he's tried.
Please understand this is a family run business. The service is hit or miss, but the food is worth it. There is almost always a wait, but there are shops and a little wine tasting place near by. Buckner is a very small but charming little town. The patio is lovely when the weather is nice.

The food is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere has that perfect blend of charm and comfort. Every server we've had has been friendly, attentive, and just genuinely great to interact with. Service here rivals, and honestly often beats, what we get at many of the well-known spots in Kansas City.
We used to default to restaurants on the Plaza or downtown KC for our date nights, but Tusconoās really holds its own, if not surpasses them, in both flavor and experience. Plus, you donāt have to deal with the long waits or hectic parking.
The building itself has so much character. Itās clear that a lot of thought went into preserving the history and creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. That, combined with the amazing food and service, makes every visit memorable.

I have gone here a few times to pick up to go order. The employees are very fast at helping customers. I didnāt have to wait for very long when I was picking up my order. Each and every time I have gone hear the employees are super helpful and always have great recommendations!

Tusconos is an excellent restaurant. My spouse is a Celiac sufferer and this Italian eatery has an expensive menu that caters to that need. One of the owners also suffers from Celiac Disease.
Dietary restrictions: This Italian place has an extensive menu in place that is or can be switched to Gluten Free including a bread option to replace the pre-meal bread.
Parking: It is a one-way street so always approach from 24 highway to safety get to that part of Buckner
