“🚨 I visited El Mariachi Loco Cantina on New Years Eve 2024. This was my FIRST impromptu visit and after reading the reviews, I decided to patronize 🤑 Initially, there was a wait - it seemed like the hostess was also the cook - this was not an inconvenience because there is an employee shortage EVERYWHERE! 💯 Nevertheless, the wait was worth it! The food was absolutely delicious! The two dishes I ordered were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection - I highly recommend the Choriqueso and Al Pastor Chimichanga 🤤 *** Enough for two people and my bill was less than $25.00!!! Moreover, if you enjoy AUTHENTIC MEXICAN and you're in Northwest County, you’ll love this place - MUCH better than EL Maguey (across the street), there wasn't a strong language barrier and my order was correct! 🤝🏾 In conclusion, the menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and I can’t wait to come back again! 🫕🌶️🧅🫑”

Monday 8:50pm
Placed order on app prior to arrival, waited 40 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me - just to get to the order speaker to give my code, another 15 minutes to get the frappe.
I pulled away from pickup window at 9:45pm
I have no idea what the issue could have been that late on a Monday night.
Not very good on a vehicle to sit idling with AC on for almost and hour!

Updated my review due to pandemic and the McD app now available.
I dont recommend using the app and parking in 1 of the marked pick up spaces.
The 1st time, I waited 49 minutes. The 2nd time I waited just short of an hour.
I watched the entire line go thru and get served and then new people pull up thru the drive thru and were served before I ever got my order (a frappe). One hour and 7 minutes.
1 star for app ordering
5 star for drive thru order

Other than that, I have 0 issues. Drive thru employees are polite.”

“I went through the drive thru this evening around 10:15, the gentleman working the cash, I believe his name was Justin, was incredibly polite and such a delight to speak to during our transaction. Food came out quick and hot. Thank you for an awesome interaction!”

“Patricia was very kind and helpful to us. She answered my question about an app coupon too. Karen was our server and she kept us very happy for the whole meal. Very nice and clean restaurant, it was not very busy at the time. We went on a Tuesday around 2pm.
They offered “kids eat free” when you buy an entree. The offer usually starts at 4pm on Tuesdays. I had an app coupon that let me use it before that time. That was very good.
We got food to go for our two kids who were in school at the time.
The food Karen served was hot and fresh and brought in a timely manner.
We very much enjoyed the time here and our youngest daughter did too.”
