My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened and unfortunately we have found that aout 40 percent of the time when you use the drive through something is missing from the order or it is wrong. If you call they will tell you to return to get the correct item that is missing but who wants to go back and then have cold food?
We have always had great food and great service at any Culver's we have visited, this trip to Camdenton was not so great. The food was wonderful but they got my sandwich wrong & was not kind or apologetic when asked to fix it. It was their fault and on top of not wanting to say sorry (the manager made the employee apologize) they also made us pay the difference ( which was only a few dollars). It was just not the Culver's brand service we have gotten from other locations...
Popped in here a few weeks back on a work run and was impressed. However, thought the service and cleanliness was a fluke. Stopped back today and turns out it was not a fluke. The staff at this establishment should train all retail staff everywhere. The cashier, the expediters, the dining room tenants… all top notch. Smiles and greetings. The place is literally spotless. Blown away. The food is good but even if it sucked, I’d be back
