“This place is a cute, quaint, quiet, little hole-in-the-wall pub during the week. We stopped in for a bite to eat and the food was immaculate. My husband got a hot dog that was bigger than we expected— it wasn't some small Ball Park branded hot dog. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was simply one of the best fried chicken sandwiches that I've ever had. The waitress was a sweet woman who took care of us the whole time with impeccable timing. We will for sure have to stop by there again the next time we're driving that way.”

“We love Pappos! Amazing salads, great pizza, great service, fun atmosphere! We met Pappo at the opening and the story about the brand, esp the quality of the ingredients (ie real cheese shaved off the block, homemade dressings, preservative free meats and more!). Definitely better than basic chain pizza restaurants.”

“What a fun casual place to meet with friends for lunch or dinner. Everyone loved the food and the ambiance. . The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating in setting up tables for 12 of us and just helping out with anything we needed. We sat outside in the shade of the front porch. The pulled pork was delicious and I loved the southern cooked green beans. A friend said the cheesy corn was really good. Slaw was great too. The meat servings are huge- everybody took leftovers for lunch the next day. My sister ordered pulled pork served over cornbread with bbq sauce and loved that. One person ordered smoked turke- Big thick slices and there were a lot of them,- enough for 3 people!”

First off they were extremely accommodating in making sure that it was ready for us when our party of 26 arrived. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding, and there is no way possible you will find a better priced meal for what you get. Thank you so much for everything. “Visited tonight because we saw some food pictures online and just had to try it. if anyone is afraid of eating here due to a smoky smell have no worries! We are not smokers and it was no issue. Now on to the real meat here...the dessert was so phenomenal (Chocolate bourbon cake). We will be back!”

My wife and 5-year old daughter love this place. Good soups, good sandwiches, great service, and very clean and comfy setting! Highly recommend if you are in Camdenton (and they have a drive thru)

“We stopped by this place for brunch on our travels. The food was fantastic. My partner had the Florentine crepe and he said it was one of the best crepe’s he ever had. It was very flavorful. I had the corned beef hash with two eggs and it was so good. They made the hash exactly how I like it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Eggs were perfect and coffee was good. The service was great and quick considering the place was full when we got there. I highly recommend stopping here this place is worth it!”

prices are a little higher than expected. But overall, I'd have to say, I'll be back.”

“We got stuck in a thunderstorm while in route to the boat races. Everyone made a quick voyage to the cave to dock and get to safety. We stayed for lunch and played corn hole with the kids. Even on a rainy day we were able to make the most out of it. Thank you for being there and not making a big deal out of smaller boats using the covered slips.”

If you can catch Dale Blue, he is very entertaining and talented! However they also bring in so much local talent to make your experience one you won’t forget!! I live over 5 hours away or I would probably be there every weekend! 😉”
