Cashier does not understand English very well,got drinks wrong,not worth trying to get it right . Guy who brought the food handed me ketchup packets covered in a sticky meds.got all over me. Shorted us A shake. Horrible help there period. Go elsewhere.

My biggest complaint actually has to do with service. There's a kid at the front who likes to make comments about Dairy Queens cupfection. Is diabetes in a cup. I do not believe that you should say stuff like that to your customers

We came through the drive thru and the man taking our order asked us what we wanted and then cut us off when we were ordering and told us to wait. When we finally got to the window he read our order back correctly and then when he gave us the food it wasn’t correct and we told him what we were supposed to have. He proceeded to read it back to us from the screen and what he was reading was completely different from what he read to us in the beginning. He tried to tell us that is what we ordered and we had to take it. Someone else walked over and fixed it for us. We could hear him complaining through the window and it was just a very unpleasant experience. And he also forgot to give us our drink and we realized it too late and didn’t want to have to turn around and wait in line for another 20 minutes.

Felt bad for the young man at the counter. I don't think anything he could have done would have made the lady in front of us happy. Manager finally had to explain to her that the total amount was correct.
