They are very nice. Things can move a bit slowly because they don’t have a large staff with a ton of orders coming in, but if you are patient and lean into the relaxed, golf course atmosphere it’s no big deal.

Had lunch here because we were being nosy and wanted to see what Kinderhook was like. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Golf course was lovely! Hubby had a cheeseburger and said it was really good, I had the chicken salad sandwich which was so large I couldn't finish it. You do order at the counter, but a server brought out our food. Will try the Trophy Room next time. A++++++++++++
Paula and Alice were so welcoming, friendly, and professional to my children and I! The coffee and breakfast were delicious! The quality and amount of food that you get for the price of what you pay was exceptionally fantastic! Santa Clause even dined with my children and I! This restaurant is a MUST go!

What an enjoyable experience i had at The Hook. And that was before i even at a bite. The staff is by far the friendliest and helpful i have seen in years. Talking to them is worth the trip in itself. I ordered the breakfast tacos and they were both made fresh and were outstanding in everyway. The salsa included is a great touch. I can't wait to go back and recommended it to all my friends staying at the resort.

Friendly staff, very clean but the food is kinda pricey for the quality. Eggs and hashbrowns were super salty. I would go back but probably just grab the quick breakfast food.
$5 for a kids juice is dishonest pricing.
