At the drive through, we ordered an unsweet iced tea and a half cut iced tea at 3:15 on a Thursday. Window opened and the server told us and gave us a sweet tea. We told her that we didn't order a sweet tea..we ordered an unsweet tea. Server closed the window. Reopened and gave us the half cut and fries. We asked about the unsweet tea...was told it was unsweet and she closed her window....she lied! It was sweet tea!!!

I stopped in the way home before the long drive. I was going to get my usual quarter-pounder with cheese and fries 🍟. I don't get fat food often but that is my go to option at McDonald's. I saw they had the triple cheeseburger 🍔 on the menu. I ordered the triple cheeseburger. When they offered this it is my favorite thing in the menu. The order was ready when I got to the window. Unfortunately both the triple cheeseburger and the fries were both a huge disappointment. The fries were old and none of them were crunchy and when you picked then up they kind of bent in half. I am sure at some point you have had fries like this. Very disappointing. Even worse the triple cheeseburger was not a triple cheeseburger. They must have had a double cheeseburger ready and some genius decided rather than make a really triple cheeseburger they worked take the double cheeseburger and literally slap another patty on the top. So what I got was a double cheeseburger with a extra beef patty on top without the cheese on the last patty. It completely changes this burger.

I was at this McDonald’s this morning. Ordered my big breakfast without sausage due to my Alpha-gal Allergy. The manager on duty, Jeanie asked the employee that took our order about the “special restriction”, in which the manager openly rolled her eyes and made comments about “no one’s allergic to sausage.” And continued mouthing and eye rolling with her. I 100% DO NOT recommend this place. Yes, I will be calling corporate. As a health inspector I totally understand the frustration of “busy” hours, but Jeanie wasn’t just frustrated from being busy. She’s a POOR manager, rude, and a horrible example of customer service to her employees.

The apple pie was mostly crust, apples were rubbery. Took 5 times to get sweet tea. Staff didn't lestine when told drink was not correct.

Ordered 5 shakes tonight and no whip cream the worker their proceeded to put whip cream on one and then took it to the trash can scooped off the whip cream and bring it over handed it to me and the shakes were runny like milk 🤢

Absolutely the worst experience I had using the app for the first time ever. We ordered online and expected to pick up in the drive thru. There were 2 lanes for orders. We sat there and watched car after car go in front of us. Two vehicles left in the same lane as we pulled forward anyway to give them our code to get our food. They were surprised. Told us to pull forward. I had had enough went inside but told us they were waiting on fries. Told us it was scheduling issue. For my first time using the app?? Was not good. Save time and go to Culver’s. This is the second issue with this store.
